    • Monitor invoice submission status, approvals, and payments.

    Who can be a Parkland supplier?

    • Must have successfully completed Parkland’s pre-qualification assessment process and be officially authorized to supply goods and/or services to Parkland.

    • Pre-qualified suppliers with technical expertise and evident capability to meet the specified requirements may be considered eligible to work with Parkland.

Depending on the industry and type of goods/services provided, safety, sustainability, legal standards, or any other compliance-related certifications.

  • Next Steps Upon Selection

    To support suppliers interested in contracting opportunities with Parkland, your company must demonstrate that you have the following.

    1. Certificate of incorporation

    2. Proof of registration and good standing with the applicable Workers’ Compensation Board (or equivalent)

    3. Where applicable, proof of insurance coverage

    Depending on the nature and location of work, a contract may be required including other additional requirements.
